As the formation cleared the bomb run, our squadron was scattered and after formation was once again together we observed aircraft 437 missing from formation. That is all I saw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>S\/Sgt. Ivan S. Hallock<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I the undersigned was flying in <a href=\"https:\/\/b17flyingfortress.de\/en\/b17\/44-6328\/\">A\/C #328<\/a>, 342nd Bomb Squadron on 10 September 1944. As the formation cleared the bomb run the formation became separated, until a short time afterwards we all were back in formation. At this time our AC observed 437 to be missing from the formation.
