Many sources name the crash site in the English Channel\/Atlantic between 3 km and 7 km west of Porspoder, France. Waters called &#8216;Banc du Four&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another source (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/chemin-memoire39-45paysderetz.e-monsite.com\/pages\/faits-de-guerre\/b17\/les-7-b17-abattus-le-1er-mai-1943\/page.html\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>), after its own research, has suggested that #41-24547 \/ Vertigo is about 20 km east of Br\u00e9hat Island and 25 km north of Saint Brieuc, France. The coordinates are: 48\u00b047&#8217;30 &#8220;N 2\u00b045&#8217;0 &#8220;W.
