After comleting the target run, I saw AC #944 falling back from the formation and losing altitude. Watching the aircraft lose altitude, I seen 9 chutes come out of the plane one of which did not open up. After the chutes came out of the plane, it went into a glide and crashed into a wooded area, blowing up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Sgt. James L.
