You should list the crew previous to the Paul A. Martin crew. The photo you have is George Gough Crew who completed their tour before the playboy going to Paul.

The picture contains the crew of the Berlin Playboy that completed their missions on 3/8/1944 w/ the exception of the standing row 2nd from the left. It is listed as T/Sgt Daniel Cahill in several pictures but that is not him. I have almost the exact pic w/ the pictured crew and my dad in the stated location also w/o the crew chief.
