Assigned 360BS/303BG [PU-G] Bangor 18-Sep-42; Molesworth 16-Oct-42. Missing in Action 16-Feb-42 while on a mission to bomb the U-Boat pens at St Nazaire, France. Aircraft was shot down by fighters and crashed into the sea off the Brest Peninsula. 10KIA MACR 15116.
