My father was on a B-17 bomber that flew over Schweinfurt and was shot down, my grandmother died and my father stayed in the states, ther were 2 crew members that survived. Samual Smith from Georgia was one of them. The name of the plane was Loni 31. requesting any additional information, Thank you.
