Delivered Cheyenne 21/9/43; Gr Island 6/10/43; Assigned 524BS/379BG [WA-L] Kimbolton 22/11/43; crash landed base on training flight 28/12/43 with George Schueneman, Co-pilot: Jim Ratliff, Navigator: Oscar Gray, Flight engineer/top turret gunner: Mark Healy, Radio Operator: Harry Strailey (5 Killed in Service); aircraft clipped shooting butts and exploded into flames. Salvaged.
