There was a B17F donated and identified as “Spirit of Cleveland (Ohio) on Some people think this is the same aircraft. Donated aircraft had the name changed when deployed.

The September 1942 edition of Boeing Company News has a photo of Spirit of Cleveland being presented in Cleveland, Ohio. Tail markings are obscured.
