This plane crashed on Thetford, Norfolk. The radio-operator S/Sgt. Ivan J . Tieman was badly wounded and died on his wounds this day. He was hit in the neck by a 20 M/M shell. He is buried in Pulaski in Indiana .

I have made a mistake, this plane crashed not on Thetford, but on Foulsham, Norfolk. Plane did never fly again.
