My Dad, cpl. F.Eugene Smith, painted the nose art on this aircraft. When the war began, he was in second year study of design at Cleveland Institute of Art, in Cleveland. Any more information available on this aircraft would really be appreciated, especially an image of the port side nose art. Marishka was the name of pilot Earl Martin’s fiancee.
