My dad was Rembert Wooldridge, Jr., 347th Bomb Group, 711th Squad, out of Rattlesden. He arrived 22 May 1944 and flew his first two missions on D-Day. He was the waist gunner on Tuxedo Tomie and Journey’s End, but I’m unclear as to which plane he flew in on D-Day. I have a couple of photographs of Tuxedo Tomie I would be glad to submit and a photograph of my dad and his Lucky Bastard certificate. I welcome any communication from anyone in the 447th. I have had communication with James Burke and welcome opportunity for further communication with him.
