At 1330 hours, Lt. Farmer’s aircraft, flying in High Group, had #1 engine feathered, and #2 engine was throwing oil. I saw him last turning parallel [sic] to the coast and going down fast. The aircraft was not on fire, and we did not see any parachutes.
