Delivered Denver 14/10/43; Gr Island 26/10/43; ass 333BS/94BG [TS-R] Rougham 14/12/43; MIA Poznan 11/4/44 Pilot: Henry Churchwell, Co-Pilot: Henry Jones, Navigator: George Skelton, Bombardier: Jim Stone, Engineer / Top Turret Gunner: Bob Fellure, Radio Operator: Peter Dewolf, Ball Turret Gunner: Jim Caldwell, Waist Gunner: Bill Wolf, Waist Gunner: Lloyd Pearsall, Tail Gunner: Bill Arck (10POW); flak KO’d #1 near Stettin, then Enemy aircraft attack KO’d two more engines, crashed Nemitz, 10 miles SE of Cammin, Pommerania, Germany. Crew captured by German half-track without a shot being fired! MACR 3861. DOG TIRED.
