Remarks or Eyewitness Statements:

This aircraft was designated as an airborne spare, and while take-off time was 0700, aircraft took off at 0900. Assembly weather was very poor and forced assembly at 6,500 feet. However, at no time was the aircraft identified during assembly, nor enroute to and from the target. It must be assumed therefore, that Lt. Parker filled in with another group.
