The reason there are 10 POW for this plane is because it was equipped with the H2X radar system and 2 of the crew members were British Mickey Men. When the plane was hit by Flak Don Chapman took the plane out to see to ditch it in order to keep the Germans from getting it.

Please disregard my original comment. While the information about the H2X is correct, I maybe wrong about him taking it to the Adriatic. Will confirm and come back when I have more information./
