My dear freind. I was with the nephew last friday of Theordore Paterson. His uncle, B-17’pilot of the 379Th BG, 8th USAAF, evaded of capture with the Radio operator after to have bailled out. The 8 other men were reported Pow’s. Here is the french link about this incredible story. Hello William. Alan Paterson is most close to the history of Lady Godiva that myself. I meet Alan at the US Military Cemetry of Rhône (French Riviera) and we exchanged together about B-17s and B-24s losses during WWII. I don’t possed anymore information about ladi Godiva that can have and possed Alan. Thank for your message, Philippe
