My uncle was the co-pilot. His older brother, my father, was co-pilot of a B-24 “Hitler’s Hearse”. Both attended Westchester State U and dropped out to enlist. I have several “letters home” from both. My father was sent stateside just prior to losing his brother.

I’ve been searching for any crew members families to connect with.
My wife and I are heading to Normandy this yr for the 82nd D day celebration.
