My grandfather was Albert Curtis Fox, known by family as Curtis. He was the crew chief on Neva The Silver Lady, which he named after my grandmother Neva. Wondering if anyone out there can give me information on missions the plane flew, places it bombed etc. Any stories about him and/or the unit etc. He never talked about the war at all. Even my dad doesn’t know if he enlisted or was drafted or how long he was in the Army Air Corps. About the only thing I know is he was stationed outside of London but don’t know what base and that he received an award in 1997 because of how many missions the plane flew with no mechanical failures.
