398th Bomb Group mission summery for 12 September 1944 said:
One ship dropped from the lead group on route back due to anoxia which proved to be fatal to one crew member.
#43-38164 was in lead group on mission to Brux, Czechoslovakia on 12 September 1944. So Ball turret gunner Charles N. Rosenblum possibly died due to anoxia. Pilot was Hunt.
