This A/C was under attack by 1 E/A. This E/A was observed to be shot down and seen to hit the ground.

A/C had 3 engines out. 2 bombs were jammed and could not be released, according to VHF conversation. A/C had only #4 engine running and was asking for fighter support.

A/C was not out of control. No chutes seen.
