my father Austin Sadler was a waist gunner on Queen Jeannie when they were shot down. He, and I believe another survivor were Mia for quite some time as they had help from the locals hiding them. eventually put in touch with underground but caught by Germans and taken to stalag 13. Anyone hear of their fathers or grandfather’s recounts sounding like this? love to hear from u.

If you have any digital pictures of the crew or aircraft my family would be most appreciative of your sharing them as it brings us together.
