Delivered Vandalia 26/10/43; Assigned: 569BS/390BG [CC-M] Framlingham 23/12/43; mission to Ruhrland Pilot: Bob Ratcliffe 21/6/44 landed Kiev to refuel, on leaving Poltava 28/6/44 bad weather caused it to land Teheran, on to Cairo 29/6/44 then landed at Tripoli with five P-51 mechs as passengers, on to Casablanca 3/7/44, returned to England 9/7/44, only to crash-landed Tolwyn, Wales, hitting ant air raid shelter and suffered Cat E damage, however all crew safe. Salvaged.
