Hi Peter. Thank you for contacting me as the daughter of the bombardier of the No Balls. Regarding your search for stories about the crew, I’m wondering if you have seen our website which documents our dad’s WWII experience, particularly his incarceration at Stalag Luft 1. This site also includes photos the Germans took of the crash site near Vijfhulzen along with photos of us visiting the site (based on eye witness accounts) in February 2014.
