Hi, I live 150m away from the crash site in Gujan Mestras.
I had a thought yesterday 8th may 2026, for the 7 members of the crew of B-17 42-37872, as we commemorated the 81st anniversary of WW2 armistice day.
Thanks to those heroes who contributed to save France from the reich oppression.
God bless USA, many peolple here tend to forget the brave, who sacrified their live for our liberty.
