My grandfather was Harry Hawkins. We still have the book he made while they spent their time in capture as well as a handful of pictures. It was really cool finding this site.

Hi WIlliam – do you have a phot or any information about the Tail Gunner Alex Grant who was also a POW? His family was from my home town of Bo’ness, Scotland. He appears in a book I am currently writing about WW2 servicemen and women from the town.
All the best,
Alan Gow
