My father was Joe B. Mccall. He was the tail-gunner in the Tujunga serial # 42-97468 with his first mission on February 21, 1944 and was in the mission on February 25 when she was severely damaged… they also brought her over from the states – Wendover, Utah… January 1st… and according to his diary, their 25th and last mission, they brought her back to them for that final mission… it was like a good-luck charm to them… I have pictures of the whole crew.
