Mid-air-collision with B-17 #42-39873 ‘Stormy Weather’.


Glanced at formation to me if aircraft had dropped bombs. Saw tail assembly oof aircraft 875 twist sideways off. Aircraft 859 went down in a spin and the other aircraft sort of floated down. Definitely saw tail gunner crawl out of tail section and open chute.
