Mid-air-collision with B-17 #43-38178 / Seattle Sue on 25 April 1945.

The crews of both collided B-17 were exchanged in the respective MACR.

Extract from the MACR 14319:

Tail gunners compartment was cut off at the ammunition boxes behind the tail gunner. Tail gunner was seen hanging from the compartment as it went down. This occurred over the target and no chute was observed.
