My dad was Marvin Lander, pilot on the flight with your uncle that was shot down. They parachuted out and were POWs in Germany. I will see if I can find a photo. I think our family does have at least one or two.

My mother, Louise Wykes Danielson was dating J C Barbee at the time the plane was shot down over Germany. I only have photos of J C, J C and my mother and their friends, including flowers set up around the fireplace of I assume the Barbees’ home. I have no photos of crew 14. I have a poem written by Norma J Palme of each crew member and the events of the attack. I also have a few newspaper articles on J C and the crew.

I meant to write Norman (not Norma).
