From MACR 7836

This aircraft was hit by flak on course into target at 51°20’N – 04°40’E while flying at 20000 feet at 0850 hours. Aircraft appeared to be hit between #1 and #2 engine. Aircraft turned over on it’s back and then resumed normal flying position. It then dropped off into a spin and was seen to explode before hitting the ground. Aircraft was burning and the flames were visible. Four (4) chutes were observed. No further information regarding the crew or aircraft is known.
