Jack R. Russell is a distant relative I have found through genealogical research. Despite his distance I am interested in any military history you could share considering I have also served in the military myself.

Hello Joshua. I have a newspaper article from May 13, 1984 detailing Fred Paul’s research into his brothers death, some photos of Fred Paul at the crash site in Germany, audio of his timeline of events for his research and mission files from that day. I was hoping I had some letters from Jack Russell’s family but his is the only one I don’t have. My grandmother kept all the letters from the crew that contacted her because John was the only survivor and they were desperate for information. Let me know how I can contact you to give this information.
