The B-17 Wallaroo has a wooden carved plaque denoting it’s name, bomb group and MIA status, along with it’s nose art on RAF Molesworth. I am not sure why this one strikes a chord with me, out of all the other plaques like it, but it does.

My Great Uncle was a crew member on the Wallaroo Mk. II. He was the radio operator & survived 35 missions before returning home.
