My great uncle Curtis Hinkle was the belly gunner on this ld girl he enlisted when he turned 18 2 years after his older brother my grandfather Walter Hinkle was captured on Corragadoir and survived the Death March of Baton he was liberated from a Japanese POW camp in 45 and retired from the Marine Corps in 1962 . I was wounded in 2007 in Iraq and while i lay in a comma my younger brothers enlisted in he Corps and Navy it must be in our blood, I was wounded again in Afghanistan and a now retired and my brothers are still serving
