This is so awesome I’m Jennifer Pasour my great uncle is Henry Clay Clark he was the pilot of the jigger rooche that was shot down over Germany on August 15 1944 he was my sweet granddaddy’s brother I have done a lot of research on him and his crew and became penpal friends with family members of the surviving crew members It is still a mystery in some aspects of Uncle HC”s and his crew I only know the stories my mom and granddaddy have told me growing up and then the research I’ve done it’s so important to keep these brave souls memories alive. Thank you so much. Jenn…

My father was on a B-26 crew and one of the original Jigger Rooche crewman, Robert Schlotterbeck, was taken off the B-17 crew because of shortages in B-26’s. Despite some scary missions Bob completed his tour safely and I’m sure thought of his previous crew who weren’t as fortunate.
