the F-15-VE block did not have have the factory astrodome add at the beginning of the factory block as clearly evidenced here. Moreover the factory astrodome may not have appeared until the revised cheek positions much later in block F-15-VE. Recommend block changes regarding the astrodome carry a cavet as such.
