The tail gunner, Arthur Burns, is my great uncle, I was wondering what the text says on the side of the plane.

I served with George Serafin, belly turret gunner, when he was a MSgt in the USAF at TUSLOG Det 100 in Eskisehir, Turkey. He was a good man.

Forgot to mention that I looked through his personnel file. George Serafin was credited with shooting down three enemy aircraft.
