Looking for any information on Thorpe Abbotts missing in action on 20/2/44 on B-17 Half & Half B-17 42-39792. Wanting to honor him with a monument for his service.

I was a little mixed up on my previous e-mail. Thorpe Abbotts was the base in England that the bomber Half & Half flow out of, Serial Number42-39792. I am looking for information on Lester Errett, I believe a tail gunner on the aircraft 100th Bomb group 350th Bomb Squadron.
