You have the aircraft and the data about the loss and the men that were lost on that day, correct. The picture represents an earlier crew who flew the same plane. It says so right at the bottom of the picture. I know because that was my wife’s grandfather in the bottom row 2nd to the left. 2nd Lt. William F. Skoglund
2nd Lt. Edwin M. Switzer
2nd Lt. Harry A. Smith
2nd Lt. James T. Kline
T/Sgt. Louis (NMI) Muro, Jr.
Sgt. William E. Ireland
Sgt. Rex L. Scott
S/Sgt. Lileon P. Card, Jr.
Sgt. Lloyd S. Jackson
Sgt. Samuel T. Weatherly
I have an earlier picture of this same crew standing in front of a B 17F from. Her grandfather’s private album. I would be more than happy to send you that picture. Or a copy thereof. I believe it was from either training or when they first arrived at the squadron, which was. May 13th, 1944, when they were all assigned.

The Brummett crew joined the squadron on 30 Sept 1944. They were on their 6th mission when lost.
