Sometimes I see the name Bob Becker and other times Robert Becker, my grandmother told me that that is her father (2nd Lieutenant Robert William Becker), I’m trying to dig up more information on him and what happened, where he was held prisoner etc. From what I have found l, he survived the camp and was liberated, which for a 3 year captivity by the Nazis and the SS was mostly in charge of POW camps and obvious other camps, it would be hard to make it 3 years without a stable plan from a resistance from inside.
