Although the first list F-55-BO image is from a very low camera angle, I have not found another F-55-BO or lower without an astrodome above the navigator’s station.
I highly suspect this block introduced the astrodome at Seattle. While other blocks display the astrodome, the modification centers added the feature with increasing regularity from late in first 300, through.much of the Seattle 42-5XXX (BO) serial run; and seemingly consistently starting at or near block F-55-BO.
The F-VE 42-5XXX+ serial run increasing has the astrodome possibly after F-20-VE with some earlier.

My research and the Aero list both put the Seattle factory introduction of the astrodome at block F-55-BO at or very early within the block.
