Last sighted at 13:40 in the vicinity of Düren, Germany, it exploded & crashed near Kembach, 15 miles West of Wurzburg, Germany. Credit for the loss is attributed to German fighter pilot Fw. Joachim Gutmann, of 8./ZG26. 6KIA 4POW. Missing Air Crew Report-MACR 846.
