the RTN US date and location are out of chronological order and fits between DEL and POE. Okmulgeee seems to be an outbound RON.
The 12th AF allocation should be reflected on the IARC by a 90XXX project no. & ELMS/DUKO destination code. However, possibly that will be struck out (?).
The ETO allocation should show a Project no 92XXX and UGLY/SOXO destination.
Recommend review actual IARC image.
