The two who bailed out over Germany were 2/Lt Norbert J. Stefaniak and 2/Lt Seymour Rodheim, Rodheim evaded Gestapo for 13 days and was only a few miles from Germany. Stayed the night at a monetary. Nazis showed up in thenniddle of the night and took him as prisoner. It was the Nuns who called he and Stefaniak both later recorded as POWs at Sagan-Stalagluft III
If anyone has anything they would like to share or contact me. The chairman of the board of directors is a very good family friend of ours. They are always looking for more stories snd memorabilia to honor one of the last generations that made this county great thank you. I have the vast majority of the MACR 7702 Report. Please feel free to email me: just put Rodheim in the title.
