Lt. Swanlund is my second cousin. I have a photocopy of the crew photo, but would like to find a source for a better reproduction if one exists anywhere.

Robert Bob J Likely was my great uncle. Interested in any information on the crew and what happened.
Bob lived in Norwood Alexis il on 160 acer farm. Had 2 sisters no brothers. The family I guess never forgave Bobs father for letting him go. When i guess he didnt have too. I will be on look out for some pictures of the crew. Will share them if i find them.

Thank you. I have been curious about the surviving families of the crew. Very little of any official record remains to mark their sacrifice.

Hello, I recommend that you contact the 96th Bomb Group Museum UK. They have a facebook page and the current director is Jill Patrick. These groups kept good records. Hopefully they can send you a crew photo and more info. 96thbombgroupmuseum@gmail.com
