B-17 #42-30257 Lady Susie II wurde von FW-190 vom Unteroffizier Wilhelm Fest getroffen. Die Maschine verlor die Kontrolle und kollidierte mit der B-17 #42-3316 Betty Boom und gerieten in die Flugbahn von der B-17 #42-30285 Roundtrip Ticket. Alle drei Maschinen stürzten in die Nordsee.
